Transparent Navigation Incompatibility - Divi

When this plugin is enabled, my navigation does not display properly when it has transparency.

Examples:

Scenario 1 Menu background color #000000 Displays properly below the header. (Screenshot1)

Scenario 2 Menu background color rgba(0,0,0,0.39) Displays on top of the header. (Screenshot2)

I double checked my theme options and the fixed navigation bar is disabled. My site currently has no custom CSS since I'm using a test site just for this purpose.

Added position:relative for #main-header to push content below branding header when transparent background color is used.
