Vtk3dVisualizer crashes with Qt 5.6.1-1 if pointCloud with normals should be displayed

This bug seems to be reported under: https://github.com/PointCloudLibrary/pcl/issues/1601

Probably VTK has to be compiled with VTK_RENDERING_BACKEND = OpenGL, not OpenGL2
