Former user created an issue 2019-12-18

Hello,

I am trying to initialize a grabber for the NITWidySWIR plugin (I have one plugged in to the computer as well). The code hangs indefinitely on execution and the GUI initialization throws an error: Caught exception during initiAddin of: NITWidySWIR.

Is there any explanation why this plugin is not working?

I have the more recent version of ITOM and am using Windows 10.

Did you execute the instacal program from NIT? This must be done to configure the board number. Check the Plugin documentation, there I explained it how to get it running.
