Add ParamEditorWidget as toolbox in 1d and 2d plot (if a grabber device is connected)

Goal:

It is desired to directly change parameters of a dataIO / grabber device in a plot, that currently displays a live image of this grabber.

Idea:

Add another toolbox to the itom1dqwtplot and itom2dqwtplot (similar to the property editor toolbox). The content of this
toolbox is a generic ParamEditorWidget, that is directly connected to the grabber dervice. This toolbox is only visible if a grabber
is connected to the plot. It can be shown / hidden by a checkable button in the toolbar (next to the property toolbox button)
and the menu.
