Okay, difficult to describe.

repeatedly writing to some table closes itom(fastly)

changes seem invariant but the problem does not occur anymore.

Changing a few invariant Lines in pythonUi.cpp raises runtime Exceptions.

Could only be produced on AIO setup with Qt5.12, Win10,

With my AIO setup, Qt 5.9, Win10, I cannot reproduce any error. If I let your demo script tt.py run, the print-out hot doa appears for many thousands of lines without any crash. I tested it under Release and Debug conditions.

@Robin Hahn , @itobiege , @Johann Krauter : could you try to run tt.py and see if itom crashes?

The main topic of this issue could not be reproduced any more. However, some improvements have been implemented in the pull request #57
