User Shortcut Keybinding

Some users wish to set thei shortcut key binding themselves.
The idea is to register all keybinding to a Keybinding Observer Class.
The properties of said class are displayed in the editable qt property list in the itom->properties->general->key-bindings menu.
The class properties are serialized and can be saved in the user specific configuration folder.

It should also be checked if multiple Key-binding exists and in case an error messsage should be displayed, which shows the redundant key binding, such that the user can choose an alternative.
