Bare ITOM - w.o. QT Dependency

Proposed refactoring of ITOM to resolve the the QT Dependency.
This could be done by replacing some QT functionalities of QT by Boost.
And separating the Core ITOM Classes from the Graphic Representation.

The advantage would be, that ITOM can be used also on embedded Platforms w.o. the GUI
overhead.

Also ITOM could be used w. QT based python plugins such as PySide [#160].
