Plugin CyUSB - move to internal Plugins

It looks as if CyUSB is not supported by Infineon anymore. It can not be downloaded from the suppliers website.
It seems as if the product and software support is discontinued, but could not find an official statement.

What is CyUSB needed for and should we move it to the internal plugins then?

In my opinion, we should continue to support plugins as long as they are still compatible with our C standard, since the devices are still in use. I think in the case of Cyusb it is an AD converter, if I have it right.

I am not talking about an internal support for internally used devices. Than we can move this plugin to the internal plugins.
I don’t want to support a discontinued product, if it is not necessary.

Found an alternative source for CyUSB. Now included in the Infineon FX3 USB SDK.
