Update Plugin ThorlabsCCS from Version 2.9 to 3.2

Thorlabs has changed it’s driver. The TLCCS.h header file is not available anymore.
The ITOM compatible plugin software is only available via the Thorlabs archive.
This should be updated for the release 4.3.

I installed the latest ThorSpectra CCS software from the Thorlabs website. It installs the document Thorlabs CCS Manual.pdf in C:\Program Files\Thorlabs\ThorSpectra\Plugins. In this manual,
the pathes to the real SDK of TLCCS.h are given.

For x64 Windows, this is located in C:\Program Files\IVI Foundation\VISA\Win64\Include. In my installation, the TLCCS.h is located in this folder as before. In CMake of the plugins the following pathes have to be set:
