Update Plugin NITWidySWIR from Version 1.5 to 3.2

New Imaging Technologies has promoted a new major version of their SDK, restructuring their interface.
The Curremt SDK is operating a v.3.2. this requires a major refactoring of the current SDK to be compatible
with the lastet version.
