Automatic code generation for ui files

Currently, one of the main difficulties for new users and also one of the main disadvantages of itom compared to other programs, is, when creating user interfaces using OtDesigner, the lack of the generation of an according python class and callback functions for the user interface elements. Thus an automatic generation of a class incorporating the created ui file and some user interface for the selection and creation of the wanted callback functions would be a great improvement of itom.
