Save changes dialog seems buggy

When I try to close itom with unsaved changes in a script, a dialog appears which offers me the options to save, discard, cancel or close the dialog.

However, trying to cancel or close this dialog leads to closing the whole application. But the task-manager still shows a Qitom.exe process

Versions: 3.1.0 and 3.0.0

Version 2.1.0 does behave correct

This bug should have been saved in Sept. 2019 with commit https://bitbucket.org/itom/itom/commits/eaf2d08813dbf1f4d7b7572f7b8aaef9ad8b0eff. Please wait for the next setup version or compile itom from the current sources.
