Built-in module "matlab" missing
The end-user setup packages of versions 3.2.0 and 3.2.1 seem to come without the built-in module "matlab". Until version 3.1.0 it was still present. I would appreciate if the matlab module could be added again.

License check for the integration of the matlab module into upcoming setups:
- itom only requires the Matlab engine.h in order to be compiled with the Python itom ↔︎ matlab bridge
- itom does not need access to any Matlab libraries (libeng etc.) during compile time, therefore itom will never be linked against Matlab code
- Every user, who wants to access Matlab need to have the Matlab libraries installed on its own computer, they will never be shipped together with itom
Resumé: I think that it should be possible to always compile itom for a Windows setup with the Matlab module, since every user of it requires a valid Matlab installation on its own PC once he starts using methods from this module. Therefore, any user, who wants to use this bridge, needs a Matlab license. Other users are not affected by this.
This however has to be discussed!

- changed status to resolved
ITOM will not be shipped with built-in module "matlab". Since as Marc already mentioned Matlab needs to be installed on the PC anyways and hence the installation of an additional Python package neglectable,
