Issue #201: Build Fail Ubuntu 18.04

Changes made due to failed build on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS - 'PCL: off'

• renamed common/sources/helperCommon.cpp:1013 variable 'not' to 'dnot' (display notification) to avoid conflict C++ keyword 'not' definition.

• changed line Qitom/ui/widgetPropGeneralPlotSettings to 'foreach(auto name, palettes)' previous definition of for loop iteration was not compliant w. QT foreach loop iteration definition.

• added ./.project to .gitignore definition, which is automatically generated when using GitEye as Git GUI User Interface.

• Updated documentation for Debian build instructions to use libxerces-c3.2. Libxerces-c3.1 is outdated and not part of the standard Ubuntu package distribution.
