Deployment environments replication makes final tasks non-final

As stated by the title, after deployment environments replication final tasks loose their "final" state. Maybe this is also true for build plans but I have none of them to check.

I am afraid final tasks are not supported in environment replication in current version. I will implement the feature for you.
