Keyboard shortcuts for the 3/DX

X to exit initially perhaps. but IIRC the home button does much the same thing. perhaps q w e r t y u i o p could be option 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 etc... with a shortcut for UP and FORWARD in the mix...

On the K4, too, that'd be nice ;). (PREVPG for UP & NEXTPG for FORWARD seems logical).

Didn't bother with an extra Quit bind, we already have home, back and the last button.

We're clamped to the page size, so, on a 600x800 screen where we have 5 buttons, 6/7/8/9/0 (Y/U/I/O/P) will always select the fifth (last) button.

Speaking of keys, and the now reverted 0d0ae80...

Anyone has any idea why we don't get events for the fiveway directions?
