Actions get run unexpectedly

I have written a few small extension to make life easier for myself.

However, it appears, that on K3 the actions get run much more than they should. I.e. not only when I click the their button.

1. They appear to be run when KUAL rebuilds its menu?
2. They appear to be run when the K3 starts up.

Version used: 2.5 on K3
