render_theming_css position

Is there a special reason for the actual position of the render_theming_css template tag ?

My use case is that the theming additional CSS, apart from customizing admin-tools, is also a handy way to override additional style sheets coming from widget or form media. This is possible if {% render_theming_css %} is the last CSS before the </head> tag.

So i'm just overriding admin-tools's admin/base.html file just for this prupose

AFAIK, the theming css file is already rendered at the end of the head tag and after the django admin css.
