Issues with status "on hold", "duplicate", "won't fix" and "invalid" are shown

Issues with the above mentioned statuses should not show up. Only issues with status "open" and "new" should show up in the list.

Same here - unusable right now with only 15 issues shown, and most of them are not "active".
