Are all the examples installed via CMAKE?

no they are not. after build you can do "ctest", which will run the installed examples. Would you propose to add all the examples?

I plan to add some more examples to ctest, and perhaps try to setup the nightly server again.

one example (gasPipe) was still missing. Afaik, all examples are added now. Closing.
