Ring flag

To complete the LHC a special flag will be required to create the final drift. This might or might not be present in the LHC lattice.

So it could be added as a flag or alternatively the final drift length could be calculated from the sum as traversing around the ring.

Either way there will be a missing part of beam pipe.
