Removal of Old Physics Code

Muon physics biasing Laserwire physics biasing Synchrotron radiation physics

These can all be removed given the modular physics list and generic biasing interface changes in develop.

    The Muon physics and synchrotron radiation are integrated into the modular physics lists now. The previous process biasing for muon has been removed. The muon physics remains as extra processes that are registered. Now G4Synchrotron radiation is used exclusively. We can use the biasing to increase the amount if need be.

    The laserwire process has to stay but should really be revisited if it's required for a study.
