Timeouts in magnets test possibly due to RF Element

There are timeouts in the magnet tests, possibly related to issue #124. Since most other tests are ok, this might be due to the RF element.

These are to do with the RF element. To be investigated.

The timeouts seem to have disappeared since commit 19f8143, which fixed an geometry overlap in RF.
