I just noticed that the online manual at http://www.pp.rhul.ac.uk/bdsim/manual/ is no longer updated weekly (current version is from June 5).

I've fixed the acclab cdash setup so this is now fixed.

The manual is no longer updating automatically. Current version is from November 18.

This should be fixed now. All the other cron jobs are running on acclab-lxs0 and the script runs correctly and the script is correct in the cron job. I've set it to log this rather than dev null, so I'll keep an eye on it. For now, the manual has been updated.
