New test server and test sites

My CERN IT access will stop end of the month. While the test server will still be up, in case of problems I can't access it anymore. Also the lxplus test sites I have will stop their nightly jobs.
I see 2 things that need to be done:
- A new test server at RHUL
- New nightly test site with ideally the same functionality (full nightly tests on all supported Geant4 versions, quick continuous tests, a coverage test). Easiest might be to copy over and adapt the files I have now to someone else with lxplus access.
A third thing that would be very nice is to have a Mac test site, that runs Mac OS and clang.

Any update? The current server keeps running out of disk space, and it takes effort to keep it up. I could move the location to a drive with more space, but this is a bit risky.
