compiling with CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug fails with Geant4.10

Jochem Snuverink created an issue

The build-type CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug defines the preprocessor DEBUG. This adds then the usual additional output. However, the new Geant4 file G4FFGEnumerations.hh uses DEBUG as a variable name (doh!).
