Geant4.10.3 pointer print out at end

In Geant4.10.3 it appears that a bunch of pointers are printed out at the end of each run.

This is due to the materials table being deleted. It's specifically in the destructor of G4MaterialPropertiesTable which is used for optical properties of materials.

I've submitted a bug report.
