analysisConfig example files need updating

Just like in 642ebf2 the analysisConfig files of examples/features/processes need to be updated. The affected directories are 1_em, 2_hadronic and 3_sr

Fixed now. This wasn't used in a test, which is why I didn't spot it.

1_em and 2_hadronic were updated in 9f8f37b. 3_sr is still outstanding.
