Mac with clang compiler test site for cdash server

(We have spoken about this a couple of times so an issue to remember and possibly discuss).

Many of the developers are using a Mac with clang compiler. Therefore, it would be very nice to have an additional test site with these requirements in addition to Linux + gcc.
