5_beamline_transform times out

After the integrator change to bdsim2 the 5_beamline_transform test times out:

Somehow this only happens for this particular test and I am able to reproduce this consistently on my desktop.

test runs successful again as of Friday 8 December. fixed (very likely) by commit b6aa802.
