Documentation partly empty for output analysis

Some parts of the documentation have just 'TBC'. This should be filled in.

Also it would be nice if for interactive ROOT analysis an example for a sampler could be given as I think this is highly non-intuitive.

Analysis documentation has been improved a lot recently, but still remaining are the development sections in the previous comment at the example analysis. Work ongoing.

The analysis documentation has been filled in throughout. A separate fully worked example for BDSIM is also being prepared.
