Custom-magnet-geometry: loadedLength VS outerLength

When using the new features of the custom-magnet-geometry branch, some problems related to the way BDSIM checks that the dimension of the outer GDML is shorter than the element chord length appear. Indeed, the new features brought in custom-magnet-geometry allow some situations where this condition is not met but still corresponds to a correct configuration.

In the PowerPoint presentation below, I first remind you of the new features developed in custom-magnet-geometry then I present you the problem we encountered in a simple example and a solution that we propose.
