Working list of things to do before V1.6

• Resolve issue about infinite loop with twiss parameters (ON HOLD - issue with CLHEP)
• Check use of ROOTSYS variable in cmake - currently not used as find_package hint (DONE)
• add placement of bdsim element (DONE)
• user-provided physics list for C++ BDSIM class (DONE)
• clean / make consistent bdsim cmake options (DONE)
• add ModelTree to output of rebdsimCombine (DONE)
• remove vis debug print out after CVMFS tests are finished

Worked examples:

• trajectory generation (DONE)
• trajectory analysis
• analysis: use root’s TH1 classes directly from pybdsim load to add or divide to calculate errors correctly then convert to our pybdsim.Data.TH1 (DONE)
• analysis: add machine plot to one generally (DONE)
• biasing example (maybe 2x), check spectrum of weights
• world geometry file (DONE)

• world contents biasing, world vacuum contents biasing (for coverage as well)

  • these are actually done but put along with GDML - document with an example to make clearer

• model model from IPAC (DONE)
