Maximum track length and proper time for particle in a field map

We currently have the ability to overall limit the maximum time of flight for a particle or cumulative spatial length of a track and then kill it. However, it would be useful to add this to a particular field map or element so that (for example) spiralling particles could be controlled easily without apply a too short limit to the whole model.
