Scoring per Volume for an Element

Scoring per logical-volume for a given beam line element. Produce a histogram where each (integer) bin is one logical volume.

Must include some map in the output files from index to volume name. We must ensure that for a given input model, the volume / bins ordering is the same for different runs of the program (ie so not pointer address as these will be different in each instance of the program).

Planned in the past but we implemented just the scoring meshes first. We’re in the position where this would be useful now.
