Generate Field Map by Querying full BDSIM Model

Extend bdsinterpolator or add the functionality to BDSIM to query the magnetic or electric field in a full model as built by BDSIM and export it as a field map.

Useful for validation and also combining components.

    This has been implemented now and will be in V1.7.0.

    The undocumented tool "bdinsterpolator" has now been documented. This tool can be used to query a field map (only) without any 3D model. BDSIM itself can be used to query a complete model in 3D. Both use an input gmad file with a query object.
