LoopOrder Doesn't work in Field Loading

We have the option to use

loopOrder> tzyx

at the top of the field map file. This doesn’t seem to work now. Issue here so I fix it.

Also, if we don’t require the full 4 character string, this should be checked also, which it isn’t just now.
