Overlaps with coil end-pieces when components are offset
Issue #327
new
If we offset a component, the offset isn’t taken into account when deciding whether a magnet end piece (i.e. coil) can successfully be placed without causing overlaps. As a result, overlaps can happen, which we should never allow with any combination of BDISM-generated geometry.
Fix by taking into account offsets in end-piece overlap placement calculation.
Note, in the picture, the coils are contained in an invisible annulus container volume of air that overlaps with the preceding drift.
