Custom-magnet-geometry feature: tracking issue when merging Custom-magnet-geometry-develop with develop

Starting from the branch “custom-magnet-geometry” (commit fcc1d07c3ed8350554d2f0f9fa9190b5b3b5f2a4), a new branch “custom-magnet-geometry-develop“ was created to improve the feature.

Now, when merging the develop branch (commit 7d36833d3a033e0dd87d508a5dea276922ba4e83) into the custom-magnet-geometry-develop branch (commit 3a21eba58b67e2791a30c7bd8bf750245781dcfe), the tracking of the particles in the model experiences a bug: the protons go up for no apparent reason at a certain point in the machine ( see screenshots below ).

After some research, it seems that the commit fbb2b956bbb2419f01d4538bf61afdb4f846ab52 is part of the problem, as the bug disappears after the reverting of the commit.
