rebdsimCombine Crash when two instances write to the same file name

rebdsimCombine (or maybe ROOT inside it) segfaults if you run two instances that try to write to the same filename. If this is ROOT, there’s not much we can do about it. Mistake I made myself on the farm, but shouldn’t ever segfault.
