k1 bug in dipole-quadrupole integrator

Seems related to negative values of k1.

    Now fixed. The issue was only for negative K1 values. The strength parameter was calculated from literature but produced results inconsistent with PTC. It's now calculated differently for 2 cases; (-1/rho^2) < K1 < 0, and for K1 < (-1/rho^2).
