Allow a limit 2D xy field maps in z

A common use case will be that we have a 2D xy field map that can be used across all z. However, we may make a magnet slightly longer with some beam pipes included in the externally provided geometry and we want to limit the range in z of the field map.

I propose to add a limit to z (or indeed any dimension where the field would apply. This limit could not be one of the dimensions of the field map itself I would think as this would be controlled by the range of the field map data itself.

I would need to think if this can be generalised.
