Thin Kickers Not Working In Some Cases

In the case of the LHC model we see the vkickers not working unless we increase the thickness to over 0.2mm (thinElementLength). I see the integrator propose the right change in momentum and it’s all constructed correctly. Geant4 (11.1 used here) seems to call the integrator over 20 times for the first kicker.

Attaching a model. If it works, the orbit in y should go to 0 after about 200m. If it’s rattles around +- then it doesn’t work.
