Geometry overlaps in ATF example

Running the ATF example (in examples/ATF2 --file=atf.gmad) with checkoverlaps=1 gives many overlaps. This causes the example to get stuck once in a while.

This is to be expected as the atf.gmad lattice actually is laid in out in an overlapping way. This is an old example from early conversion of the full atf. The atf2.gmad (note 2) should be used for testing and generally. The atf.gmad is kept for nice pictures and historical reasons.
