visualiser doesn't quit properly when viewer in 'rotating'

Discovered by Andrey. If the default viewer (OGLSQt) is in 'rotation' mode, then exiting the viewer will result in BDSIM not properly quitting and needs to be 'force quit'.

This behaviour can be prevented by stopping the rotation before exiting.

Not sure if this is on our side or on the viewer/Geant4 side. If we don't bother to fix then it would be good to mention this in the manual somewhere.

This is a bug in geant4 and their usage of Qt4/5. There isn't anything we can do about this. I will submit a bug report.
