visualisation does not work with multithreaded Geant4

when Geant4 is compiled with multithreading, the GUI viewer does not come up.

    I'm surprised anything works at all! We don't implement the ConstructSDandField method in our detector construction that the MT build would require -> ie even if visualiser works, fields and sensitivity may not.

    Anyway, we can work on this issue and we can start a proposed enhancement of MT support, albeit a discussion of practicalities.
