Gas igniting items/blocks are registered before some mods are loaded

Any mod that loads after Gases Framework cannot have its blocks and items referenced in the "Additional ignition blocks"/"Additional ignition items" configurations fields.

In addition, the "Removed ingition blocks" and "Removed ingition items" configuration fields do nothing.
