Replace all instances of Glenn's Gases coal with vanilla coal.

With the latest commit, the list of blocks that create coal dust is now configurable. This renders the replacement coal ore block useless, but it is still in older worlds and is generated in new ones. The existing code should be modified to change itself to another block on tick.
