Neather portal closes instantly when formed

When using Glenn's Gasses with Better Portals the neather portal is closed almost instantly when in the same pack as Better Portals. There was a problem with the end portal's exit not forming after defeting the End Dragon to.

This is an issue with the 1.12 version, so I have opened an issue in the appropriate repository. Sorry if it was unclear where the issue should go.
