Axis error messages on startup

Hello - Plugin works great on OSGeo4W QGIS builds through 3.16.4. However, on current master (3.19) and new "testing" OSGeo4W release build 3.18.0-7, I get the following errors at startup, in the message log as well as in big red bar at top of screen. Think it's this plugin by timestamp, and since they don't occur if I disable it and restart.

Note the new OSGeo4W release build as well as the dev master have upped gdal from 3.1.4 to 3.2, proj to 8.0, and (most likely culprit) Qt from 5.11 to 5.15.

Note, I’m waiting until QGIS 3.18.1 is released before I have a look at this.
